Store Policy
Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages
- T. Hare Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information will be sent directly to you once your order is fulfilled.
Order Processing and Shipping
- All orders are custom-made and undergo processing before shipment. Timeframes vary per item.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
- Shipping takes 5-8 business days.
- During store sales and promotions, please allow up to 8-10 business days for processing and shipping.
- Note: Custom invoice orders have different timeframes. We will notify you of processing and shipping times before placing your order, and the invoice will be sent directly to you.

Return and Store Credit Policy
- Orders are eligible for store credit only within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the order remains in its original condition.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, only for store credit.
- Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders are processed in the order they are placed, and we cannot expedite orders.
COVID-19 Notice Due to COVID-19, there may be possible delays with processing and shipping. To protect our staff, no returns or exchanges are allowed during this period.
International Shipping
- International orders may incur customs and duties fees, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- T. Hare Co. is not responsible for these fees; they are the customer’s responsibility. Failure to pay may result in the package being held or returned. Please consult your local customs agency before ordering.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We only ship to P.O. boxes with standard shipping. For express or signature-required shipping, a valid residence, company, or hotel address is required for successful delivery.
